What begins as a simple subject—a vintage bottle, an old clock, or a childhood memento—evolves through her masterly technique into a rich, atmospheric surface. Through a sophisticated use of texture and a “patina” effect, color takes center stage, allowing forms to emerge from or submerge into the background like a fading memory. Her art is a constant exploration of the dialogue between the past and the present, the real and the illusory.
