Life in a big city certainly is not for everyone. The constant activity of a moving metropolis can be stressful for many but, for those whole love the bustling atmosphere, a city is a place of constant renewal with endless possibilities.
For Renée de Gagné, the city is a muse. As she states herself :
« My work as an artist mainly concentrates on our architectural heritage. As an artist, I feel privileged to act as a “go beteween”, to bring the spectator to a different vision of the city and to reflect on the importance of of architecture. »
