C’EST LE BON TEMPS!

If we look at the title “C’est le bon temps” and it’s also the  good old days.

At home the skating rink was made of planks of wood and in the back yard. It was a fairly large rink as we were 12 children. The teams were complete.  Sometimes we were Canadiens, Chicago, Toronto, etc …… Very cold winters,  perfect for a good slide.  Mum always hung her laundry outside to dry even in the winter, it was surely more for the smell surely than for it to dry.

After school we played without tirelessly until dark, fatigue, and cold bringing us back to the house.

What beautiful dreams …
